Our Maidenhead Data Centre is at the heart of innovation, working with a variety of exciting technologies and software. You'll play a key role in making sure our customers stay happy by helping them resolve any issues they face. From troubleshooting to keeping customer platforms up and running, you'll be hands-on and vital to our operations. No two days will be the same - expect variety, challenge and lots of learning! We want to hear from you if you:

Have some hands-on hardware experience - whether it's building PCs for yourself or friends or working on enterprise-level hardware, we want to hear from you Have experience or knowledge of OS installation Have exposure to Cisco networking gear Understand great customer service and how to keep customers satisfied Are open to shift work (we provide 24/7 support to customers) What's in it for me?
