Cobalt are delighted to be supporting a global Real Estate Investment Trust on the appointment for an Investment Manager to join their new Data Centre division in London. The company has over $70bn AUM globally, with an ever-expanding footprint in the UK across multiple commercial and residential asset classes.
Responsibilities:
Involvement in transactions from end-to-end, including research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modelling) and deal execution.
Involvement in post-investment portfolio management.
Support the team's activities in terms of real estate market research and analysis.
Role requirements:
Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
At least 4 years' relevant working experience in Europe and/or UK environment.
Resourcefulness, a keen analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling are essential.
Good financial product knowledge and/or experience in Data Centre's is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, strong initiative and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Salary:
Salary ranges between c.£65,000 - £80,000 + bonus and 10% pension. Work Schedule:
