Data Centre Supervisor - Hemel Hempstead - 55k + Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Centre Supervisor to join one of the largest service providers for critical data centre engineering. Based in Hemel Hempstead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the data centre, ensuring the smooth running of critical infrastructure, and leading a small but skilled team of engineers. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of 3 engineers to maintain and operate the data centre effectively. Ensure the timely completion of scheduled maintenance and fault resolution. Monitor and manage the performance of critical systems, including power, cooling, and security. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team to ensure high standards of service delivery. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to manage operational needs. Adhere to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a Data Centre or critical environment. Experience with HV/LV systems is highly desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Technical expertise in the operation and maintenance of data centre infrastructure. A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting. What's on Offer: Competitive salary of 55,000 per annum. 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
