Due to our continued success, we are now recruiting a MIS Data Consultant to join our team working on a remote basis with travel to sites or office on request. Are you familiar with the following MIS Packages: Arbor, Bromcom, Integris, ScholarPack or SIMS? Are you able to communicate effectively, at all levels, both orally and in writing – particularly with regards to data, clearly and effectively? As a MIS Data Consultant your role will be to deliver comprehensive data management services to educational institutions, ensuring effective use of data systems to support strategic decision-making and school improvement. The role includes remote and on-site support, contributing to the development of managed services, and providing expertise in the use of Management Information Systems (MIS) for schools both in the UK and internationally. The ideal candidate will be motivated and self-directed with excellent interpersonal skills and have extensive knowledge of GCSE and GCSE and PC based software, especially Microsoft Office. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deal with stressful situations. remote and on-site MIS data management services

according to an agreed statement of works for each assigned school, ensuring all tasks fall within the scope of the role and adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs). Provide expert support for MIS platforms, ensuring schools meet critical deadlines such as assessments, statutory submissions (e.g., census), and contractual obligations. Log, manage and complete all support tickets in Halo, following established procedures and ensuring schools receive timely updates on progress, hitting internal SLAs. Organise and conduct regular meetings with assigned schools, documenting next steps and maintaining professional communication via Halo, Teams, or phone. Develop and implement value-added services to aid customer retention, providing guidance, training, and demonstrations where necessary. Deliver reports and analyses tailored to each school, utilising both MIS tools and third-party systems such as SISRA, Go4Schools, 4Matrix and Excel. Ensure consistent and clear communication delivered and customer service skills are maintained through CPD or internal sessions. Maintain schedule of work knowledge for each assigned school and understanding the variety of each school contract which requires adaptability in the way you work with each. Maintain knowledge of services offered by the transforming learning group. Continuously ensure school manual is up to date for each school. Ensure positive relationships with each assigned school and key stakeholders. Identify and recommend best practice to schools where appropriate. Helpdesk and Managed Services

to drive school improvement through data management. Provide consistent and high-quality service across multiple schools, both domestic and international, ensuring alignment with their unique needs and contracts. Develop strong relationships with school stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for data-related queries and guidance. Ensure personal and professional development through continuous learning and engagement with emerging trends in education technology and MIS platforms. Maintain effective time management and ensuring workload is completed. Balancing both quality and quality. Working with the SICT data team to develop and build MIS Data Managed services across schools both in the UK and Internationally. Skills/Abilities Essential 3 years+ relevant, successful, and appropriate experience. Working knowledge of MIS Systems preferably SIMS, Bromcom, Arbor or ISAMS, as well as other third-party MIS’ and software such as SISRA, 4MATRIX. Evidence of working within a team. Evidence of good organisational and problem-solving skills. Experience of working with school data at Secondary level. Additional Information The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. Hold a Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle.
