Lloyd's is currently seeking to recruit a Data CoP & Insights Hub Lead. You will be responsible for leading the creation, growth, and management of our data community and managing external relationships for the Insights Hub. As a data product manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Data Community of Practice (DCoP) to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement among data professionals. Additionally, you will develop new ideas and solutions to generate revenue from data products and services for new and existing customers based on market research and customer feedback. You will work closely with the data product development team, the marketing team, and the customer success team to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer journey and manage 3rd party relationships with the Insights Hub where data is secured for data products. Principal Accountabilities

Establish, lead, and manage the Data Community of Practice (CoP) to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement among data professionals. Design and implement engagement strategies, including organizing workshops, seminars, forums, and networking events. Drive the adoption of data best practices across the Corporation by facilitating the sharing of tools, techniques, and methodologies. Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business units to generate insights and apply them to business challenges. Identify and qualify sales opportunities for data products and solutions: Develop new data products and services based on market research and customer feedback. Present and demonstrate the value proposition of data products to potential and existing customers. Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the Corporation. Create and deliver training programs to enhance data literacy and skills. Develop and maintain metrics to assess the impact and success of the Data Community of Practice. Track and report sales performance of Data production using existing metrics. Responsible for generating target revenue by ensuring that revenue targets are met through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. Skills Knowledge and Experience

Experience of providing comprehensive support to Director / Senior Executive. Working collaboratively within a team and stakeholders to deliver high quality outputs. Adherence to agreed governance processes and procedures. Track record of achieving high professional standards. Experience in the planning, execution and leadership of processes and controls. Experience of contributing to transformational change within a complex environment. Experience of managing a number of complex programmes simultaneously. Experience of implementing process and culture change in a business environment. An ability to build relationships and work at team and operational levels to drive and deliver significant change. Understanding of general strategic issues/developments within Financial Services sector. Experience in data management, data governance, data analytics and AI or business driven delivery squads. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, and ability to influence and drive the data agenda and initiatives. Sound knowledge of the data lifecycle, data quality, data security, and data compliance principles and practices. Proficient in using the data tools and platforms, such as data catalogue, data lineage, data dictionary, data quality, data security, and data analytics. Passionate about data and its value, and curious and creative in finding new ways to use data to solve business problems and create opportunities.
