3m to begin with Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to support the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from multiple sources into data warehouses. Work with NHS datasets and clinical systems, ensuring accurate and efficient data integration. Develop and optimise SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load large datasets from diverse sources. Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to manage data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and clinical stakeholders, to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Ensure compliance with NHS data governance standards, including privacy, security, and interoperability. Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and performance. Familiarity with NHS data standards, including FHIR or HL7, is a plus. Key Skills & Experience: Strong experience in ETL processes, with hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud environments like AWS or Azure. Experience working with NHS data, including healthcare-specific systems, databases, and data standards. Proven ability to design and maintain scalable, high-performance data solutions in a cloud environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and database optimization.
