This platform enables another team to create reports that provide valuable insights for our internal stakeholders. By doing so, you foster collaboration and support informed decision-making.
Job description
We are currently migrating from our legacy SQL-based data warehouse environment to a new platform in Azure Synapse, working with PySpark and T-SQL.
Key responsibilities:
Focus on the migration to the new data environment while remaining partly responsible for maintaining the old platform until the transition is complete.
Handle technical support tickets, including customer contact for IT incidents and change requests.
Add new data sources, such as applications, to the platform for reporting and analytics purposes.
Work with tools like (T-)SQL, PySpark, Azure Synapse, and ETL processes, while developing your skills in technologies like Microsoft Fabric, Machine Learning, and AI.
