Robinson Talent Partners is looking for a skilled and analytical Data Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports our legal services. Your work will enable us to make data-driven decisions and enhance our overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Data Architecture:

Design and implement robust and scalable data architectures to support the collection, storage, and analysis of data. Data Pipeline Development:

Create and maintain efficient data pipelines that ensure accurate and timely data flow from various sources into our databases. Data Integration:

Integrate data from multiple sources and formats, ensuring consistency and reliability in our datasets. Data Quality Assurance:

Implement data quality checks and validation processes to maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy. Collaboration:

Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver the necessary solutions. Performance Optimization:

Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems and queries to ensure efficient data access and processing. Documentation:

Maintain clear documentation of data processes, systems, and methodologies for team use and knowledge sharing. Minimum Requirements: A degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role. Strong understanding of database management systems, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java, and familiarity with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of legal technology and data privacy regulations is a plus.
