  • Analysing product datasets to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support root cause analysis with Engineering and ML teams.
  • Write SQL and Python queries/scripts to interrogate data and automate checks.
  • Supporting internal stakeholders and clients with product queries, incidents and data requests.
  • Maintaining clear documentation for datasets, logic, processes and known issues.
  • Strong SQL skills and confidence working with large datasets.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant technical experience with the stack, platform, data, or support environment is important.
