Immediate Start Opportunity Temporary position as a Data Entry Administrator based in Manchester About Our Client Our client is a large organisation in the property industry. With a stellar reputation for their high-quality services and a strong commitment to employee development, they are based in the bustling city of Manchester. Job Description Accurately inputting data into the company's database Updating and maintaining records, ensuring they are accurate and up to date Assisting with other administrative tasks as required Adhering to data protection and confidentiality policies Liaising with different departments to gather necessary information Verifying entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes Supporting the Secretarial & Business Support Department as needed The Successful Applicant A successful Data Entry Role Administrator should have: Background working within Data Entry or Administration Experience in a similar role within the property industry Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines Ability to commute to Manchester What's on Offer Immediate start opportunity An hourly salary ranging from £12.00 to £14.00 An inclusive and supportive company culture A temporary role with potential for extension The opportunity to work in the thriving property industry
