We are seeking a dedicated Data, Exams, and Cover Assistant to join our team. This exciting new role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in data entry and a keen interest in working within a school environment. As part of this role, you will support the Data and Exams Associate Team Leader in collecting, collating, and analysing data, checking accuracy and running reports using the school information management systems. Your role will also include assisting in the administration of internal and external examinations, including timetabling, invigilation, and results processing. You will also provide administrative support around the allocation of cover as and when required. We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly organised individuals who have excellent ICT skills. Experience of working within a school, educational setting or similar establishment will be an advantage. Hours of Work: 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum (term time plus two inset days in September plus additional 3 days to be arranged with the Data and Exams Associate Team Leader/Leadership Line Manager with prior notice).
