You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of data management practices, focusing on high data quality, governance, and compliance. This role will focus on establishing robust data management frameworks for the client’s Enterprise Data Foundation and drive the implementation, informed by use cases. Lead the delivery of training programs to raise awareness of data management practices across the organization. Background: Strong Insurance domain knowledge. Strong delivery experience to develop and execute roadmaps and implementation plans. Hands-on expertise in data quality, metadata, lineage, MDM/RDM strategies, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with data management platforms (e.g., Purview, Collibra, Informatica) and tools. Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) and data governance tools. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to enforce and implement data management solutions. The role would suit someone who has had the enterprise-level experience required who may have also been involved in working within a start-up environment, as the state of the business at the moment is best described as an “internal start-up”. The role is paying £80-£90k with a bonus up to 25% and contributory pension up to 11%. While the client wants to fill the role ASAP, they are prepared to wait for the right candidate, so if you have a long notice period, please do still apply.
