Join Aster Group's Data, Analytics & Performance team and use your skills to improve lives through better housing. As a key member, you'll work with various departments to provide data analysis, create impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI, and deliver valuable insights that drive performance improvements. Experience with large and complex datasets is essential, as is the ability to work independently and challenge existing processes. SQL and Excel skills are highly desirable, and experience in the housing sector is a plus. If you're passionate about data, thrive on problem-solving, and want to contribute to a data-driven culture, this is the perfect opportunity! This role is hybrid; you can base yourself from the office or home, whichever suits you best. There may be times that you need to travel into our operating region, so you’ll be happy to do so. Our operating region covers Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London. What’s in it for me
