Data Analyst

to join a growing team within the retail and ecommerce space. MBN have partnered with a leading UK retailer in search of 2 data analysts to join their team. About the Role As a

Data Analyst , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across our business. From crafting insightful reports for stakeholders at all levels to maintaining and improving our reporting systems, your work will directly shape our success. What You’ll Do: Regular Reporting:

Update, maintain, and troubleshoot our databases and reporting suite. Provide key insights and recommendations to the Head of Data. Identify opportunities to enhance reporting and data modeling.

Ad Hoc Reporting:

Respond to stakeholder requests with clarity and efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize reporting needs. Manage diverse projects while balancing timelines effectively.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on all products and promotional campaigns. Liaise with Product Development and Admin teams to ensure accurate product data.

What You Bring to the Table: Qualifications:

Minimum 2:1 degree in an analytical or technical field. Experience:

1–2 years in a data analyst role. Skills: Expertise in data structuring, modeling, and cleansing. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between data and business. Experience with Big Data and SQL or Python (desirable).
