Based at Woman’s Trust’s office, Paddington, NW1/hybrid working Job Purpose This is a newly created position at Woman’s Trust, reflecting the critical need for impactful insights and evaluation of our services. The Data Insights Manager will lead, motivate, and develop an efficient and dynamic insights team and will strategically work with the Service Delivery team to turn the data collected by Woman’s Trust into actionable insights, so that we can better support the women accessing our services. This role will be responsible for the smooth running and development of reporting and analysis tools across Woman’s Trust, so that staff can use our internal service data to inform their ongoing work and decision-making.
