Overview of the role:

We are looking for a Data Insights Analyst to join our busy and dynamic Risk Assurance team in Leeds or in the Isle of Man. We are passionate about delivering critical business insights and strive to push the boundaries of our understanding through innovation. Within our team, you will be supported to progress your talents and develop your skills in ground breaking analytics to promote the health of our business. This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned. What you’ll do:

Being the analytical partner for Compliance and Risk collaborators and the wider business Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis, with ability to cater for different audiences Deliver actionable insights directly Inform the key partners and discuss actions when required Work closely with other departments to deliver industry-leading results in Risk and Compliance What you’ll bring:

Knowledge of gaming industry Understanding of regulatory aspects and operations Degree or equivalent experience in quantitative area (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science) or relevant industry experience Practical experience with large datasets and analysis tools (Python, R, SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau or equivalent) Experience in applying statistical techniques to problems (e.g. hypothesis testing, causal impact, regression analysis, time series analysis, or similar) Identify typology and trends in customers behaviour Ability to present and explain results of your analyses Passion to further grow your expertise and develop experience in applying innovative techniques It’s ok if you don’t think you tick every box on this list.
