Coordination IT Assistant

to work for a small family-run company in Aylesbury, Oxfordshire. Role:

Full-time, Permanent Key Responsibilities of the Coordination IT Assistant: Manage and create monthly reports on PowerPoint, ensuring deadlines align with scheduled client meetings. Compile and organise site-specific ring binders (logbooks) ahead of contract start dates. Regularly update records in the organisation’s databases to ensure accuracy and completeness. Perform regular audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the database. Help onboard new employees by setting up accounts, providing access to systems, and offering basic IT orientation. Provide first-line support for basic IT issues, such as password resets, Microsoft Authenticator, portable printer setups, and minor software troubleshooting. Assist employees in setting up and using company iPhones, portable printers, laptops, and tablets. About you: Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with sub-contractors and internal teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
