Data Lead

Venn Group Data Lead BPSS 2 Year Contract Hybrid working in and around London £450-£500 per day, OUTSIDE IR35 Our client requires a Data Lead to join their team on a long-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary technology team on the client's crucial programme. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain a Data Dictionary required to deliver new requirements. Ensure the Data Dictionary enables data migration and transition planning to be executed. Review contractual specifications, detail business requirements, and functional requirements to provide change/update/remove gap analysis of current vs new Advices and assist in creating synthetic data for development and testing if actual data sets are not available or not appropriate for the environment. Support the Senior Transition Manager and Technical Project Manager in ensuring a detailed transition plan is clear and achievable. Support the delivery of the client's programme, delivering significant benefit to a large public sector department undertaking a large procurement in the public sector. Skills Required: Experience of working in a Programme environment involved in data migration and transition. Experience of data used in CAFM software and/or delivering FM contracts. Experience of working with SQL and MS Excel Pivots/Macros. Experience of producing materials outlining the transit of data from source to source. Experience remodelling/taking existing data and cleansing/restructuring for migration from one IT platform to another. Some experience with KANBAN or other digital KANBAN methodologies.
