An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Management professional to oversee and maintain critical master data across various systems. This relatively junior role will play an integral part in day-to-day operations, assisting different departments such as Sales and Projects to resolve data issues, create one-off data extracts, and maintain multiple platforms.
The successful candidate could have the opportunity to grow into a Business Intelligence (BI) expert, but will remain focused on data management rather than development.
This position offers hybrid working, with flexibility around working from home and in the Ilkley office, near Leeds, West Yorkshire. The company is open to considering both full-time and part-time working arrangements, depending on the candidate’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hubspot Maintenance:
- Load new master data
- Remove outdated data
- Run regular data cleansing reports
- Create and configure new properties and load the necessary data
- Create and maintain reports and views
- Provide L2 support for user issues (function/process/data)
- Liaise with Hubspot for L3 support
- Assist marketing in building forms and emails
- Maintain user manuals and internal process documentation (SOP)
- Train new users on the system
- 4ME Maintenance:
- Load new master data
- Remove outdated data
- Run regular data cleansing reports
- Create and manage new workflows and forms
- Ensure GDPR compliance around customer access
- Create and maintain reports and views
- Provide L1/L2 support for user issues (function/process/data), including customer-facing support
- Liaise with Xurrent for L3 support
- Maintain user manuals and internal process documentation (SOP)
- Train new users on the system
- BI Maintenance:
- Manage data integrations between BI, Hubspot, 4ME, and iCoupon
- Run regular data cleansing reports to ensure BI health
- Build one-off extract/pivot reports for internal users
- Manage regular data uploads to BI (handling load errors)
- Capture new reporting requirements and liaise with developers for implementation
- Manage testing of new reporting developments
- Maintain user manuals and internal process documentation (SOP)
- Train new users on the system

- No programming experience required
- No IT degree necessary
