WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?


We are seeking an experienced Data Manager – Martech & CRM with a strong background in developing CRM platforms and data solutions. The role aid our digital transformation phase, in a new CRM rollout, you will optimise processes, drive customer engagement, and improve business performance through effective data utilisation and analysis.



Responsibilities


  • Serve as the product owner for the Marketing Customer Engagement Platform, Data Platform, and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Platform, including integrations with downstream systems.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of Customer Engagement, Data, and Identity Platforms.
  • Collaborate with CRM functions, business units, product managers, and external partners to define priorities, requirements, and releases.
  • Communicate roadmaps, product updates, risks, and changes to leadership teams.
  • Manage cross-team coordination, product management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap aligned with the global strategy.
  • Manage product design and development processes, including backlog management and prioritisation.
  • Work with Legal, CRM, Cybersecurity, and others to ensure compliance with GDPR, COPPA, CCPA, and other regulations through a robust data governance framework.
  • Create cross-functional forums to connect CRM strategy with data governance and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.



DATA MANAGER – ESSENTIAL SKILLS


  • Confident in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong presentation skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Advanced technical knowledge in segmentation, APIs, integration, eCommerce.
  • Hands-on experience with audience/list building using Excel; Big Query & SQL knowledge
  • Proactive self-starter with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Any experience with Salesforce, SAP CDC, EMarsys, Gigya
