Job Description

Camino Search are partnered with a consulting company undergoing a large scale transformation programme whereby they are implementing Microsoft Dynamics across the business. This role will be reporting into the MS integration lead, and responsible for D365 Business Rules and Field Mapping Documents. Role Purpose and Responsibilities: Advocate for data migration requirements, contributing to the creation and refinement of Business Rules and Field Mapping documentation. Develop Field Mapping documents and produce/document data sets accordingly. Test and validate data sets against defined Business Rules and Field Mapping criteria. Keep project management platforms (e.g., ADO or alternatives) current with progress updates. Collaborate with the QA team by assessing test scripts and sharing constructive feedback. Oversee the migration of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Compile and provide necessary documentation for auditors related to data migration activities. Engage in Agile workflows (e.g., planning, daily check-ins, reviews) to clarify project needs and address team queries. Skills and Qualifications: Comprehensive understanding of D365 Business Rules within F&SCM and Project Operations. Advanced SQL skills. Expertise in Finance ERP Data Migration, including ETL processes. Knowledge of project accounting principles. Experience managing both IT and business initiatives across all phases. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Proven track record working with external system implementation vendors. Experience in day-to-day finance roles as well as finance-focused project delivery. Skilled in interacting with and managing senior stakeholders effectively. Ability to adapt communication styles to meet varying stakeholder priorities. Strong attention to detail with a solutions-focused, analytical mindset. Thrives in dynamic, fast-evolving environments with a level of uncertainty. Highly collaborative, adaptable, and driven to achieve results.
