Role overview: Working within the team to manipulate timesheet data to upload into the system and produce custom invoices and reports. Key Responsibilities: Data manipulation using predominantly MS Excel Combining data from multiple sources to produce files for clients Reconciling systems to ensure data integrity Producing Application for Payment files to send to clients Assisting with bulk data changes Ensure strict deadlines are adhered to Assisting the team and wider department with adhoc tasks Minimum Requirements: High level of proficiency with MS Excel Analytical with a keen eye for detail Ability to multitask and prioritise workload Working to strict daily and weekly deadlines Working with us: Investment into your learning & development A colleague health and well-being programme Free access to onsite gym and discounted gym membership rates Access to meritocracy initiative schemes – we’ve just been to the Dominican Republic!
