Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Data Project Administrator to support our Data Squad. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and effective management of various administrative tasks. Manage and oversee time-tracking processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all Data Team timesheets. Utilise JIRA to effectively manage and prioritise tasks for the Data Squads, ensuring optimal workflow and resource allocation. Oversee budget management, including proper time billing for Data teams and capitalising spend when necessary. Assist in the preparation of materials for stakeholder presentations, ensuring clear and professional communication of project progress and outcomes. Coordinate and organise stakeholder meetings and presentations, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and efficiency. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Data Leadership Team, assisting with various tasks and responsibilities as required. Qualifications

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work Proficiency in JIRA or similar workload prioritisation tools Experience working in IT functions, with a strong understanding of data project delivery Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Comprehensive understanding of data-related technologies and concepts, including Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, data lakes, analytics/reporting, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders Additional Information
