A new exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic individual to join the Information and Communications Services team at Charnwood Borough Council.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Data Protection and Information Security Officer
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our data protection and information security policies and procedures. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and protecting our organisation's data assets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement data protection and information security policies. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Protect the organisation's data assets. Minimum Requirements: Detailed understanding of information security legislation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
