The Information Compliance Team offers tailored support and guidance around data protection, collaborating closely with various departments and partners to ensure compliance with data protection laws and foster a culture of safeguarding information across the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service. This role involves leading, motivating, and developing the Information Compliance Team to achieve effective positive outcomes and exploring innovative approaches to enhance departmental efficiency.  The position demands a professional attitude, strong engagement skills at all levels, and the ability to work proactively to anticipate the needs of the Service.
