We’re looking for a data protection solicitor to be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is an opportunity to work on innovative, commercially driven solutions in a dynamic and inclusive team. What You’ll Do Advise clients on GDPR, privacy laws and compliance Draft and negotiate data processing agreements and privacy documents Manage data breaches and SARs and liaise with regulators Conduct gap analyses and create compliance plans Stay up to date with data protection laws and provide advice What We’re Looking For A qualified solicitor in Scotland with experience in data protection Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset An interest in technology and evolving digital regulations A proactive approach to solving problems Ability to work independently and collaboratively Why This Role?
