This role will be instrumental in ensuring that data meets the required quality standards. You will work across multiple workstreams to migrate data supporting various functions such as finance, risk, people, and marketing. Your expertise will be crucial in profiling data, defining data quality rules, and ensuring high data integrity throughout the migration process. Outcomes of the Role

Data Quality Assurance:

Ensure data is of the required quality across multiple workstreams. Profile data and gather, document, and define data quality rules and requirements in collaboration with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and business SMEs. Data Migration Support:

Support data migration activities for functions such as finance, risk, people, and marketing. Monitor and report on data quality ahead of migration. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with Data Domains and change teams to provide advice and guidance on data quality principles. Present dashboards and data quality metrics to senior stakeholders and project teams. Actively drive engagement and awareness of Rathbones Data Management principles by supporting and coaching people in data roles. Dashboard Development and Reporting:

Build and embed dedicated dashboards to highlight key data quality metrics and data remediation requirements. Issue Management:

Embed a Data Quality Issue Management process within each workstream. Triage and manage data quality issues through to resolution by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. Knowledge & Experience

Technical Skills:

Proficient in data profiling and data quality tools. Strong experience in developing dashboards, preferably using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Familiarity with data management frameworks and principles. Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to coach and support colleagues in data roles. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Data Science, Information Management, Finance, or a related field. Certifications in Data Management or Data Quality (e.g., CDMP, IQCP) Life at Rathbones
