We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Data Quality Specialist

to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data quality management, with expertise in cleansing, validation, and assessment techniques. This role involves ensuring data accuracy and integrity while working with advanced tools and methodologies in Oracle and Azure environments. Requirements

Key Responsibilities: Perform data cleansing, matching, and quality assessments to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness. Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and processes tailored to organizational requirements. Use advanced data validation tools and methodologies to verify data accuracy and address discrepancies. Collaborate with stakeholders to align data management practices with industry standards and operational needs. Work with

Oracle RDBMS

and

Azure environments

to manage data quality workflows. Utilize tools and frameworks for automated quality checks and reporting. Handle and process UK healthcare data in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Ensure sensitive data is secure and meets governance requirements. Identify causes of recurring data quality issues and implement preventive solutions. Generate detailed reports and insights on data quality metrics for stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of

5+ years

in data quality management, including hands-on experience with data cleansing and validation. Familiarity with

UK healthcare data handling

and regulatory standards. Certifications (Preferred):

Data Management Association (DAMA) Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP). Proficiency in

Oracle

and

Azure environments

for managing and validating data. Strong knowledge of data validation tools and frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address root causes of data quality issues. Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage complex datasets.
