The successful candidate will possess good communication and team leadership skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure to meet deadlines. This post will lead a team of Data Quality Assurance Clerks working to accurately validate pathways on Hive. The post holder will support staff to ensure that accurate, timely and complete data is recorded on Trust systems. This role will focus on improving data quality at source, supporting staff within the team to understand data quality errors. To support the Data Assurance Service Manager in establishing routine procedures which enable monitoring of team output, and to ensure that all work is of a consistent and high standard. Qualifications
Higher National Certificate / Diploma or equivalent or relevant experience Evidence of Personal Development Higher National Certificate / Diploma or equivalent qualification in an IT related subject Experience / Knowledge
Understanding of Data Quality issues in the NHS Knowledge of computer applications eg Word, Excel, Outlook Patient related NHS administrative experience Ability to use IT systems Knowledge of commissioning datasets Understanding of RTT Attributes
Provide and receive information on Informatics matters which may be complicated Ability to analyse situations / information to identify and resolve a range of problems Plan tasks and activities which may require adjustment due to variable workload / interruptions Ability to develop skills quickly and in a new environment Ability to work on your own or in a team Good organisational skills Ability to problem solve and find faults and implement methods to resolve issues Employer name
