Main duties of the job

The job holder will provide RTT & Data Quality Training and Application support to all users of the Trust's Information Systems. As part of this role, you will also be involved in several other functions undertaken by the Data Quality Team including: RTT & Data Quality Training on Trust Information Systems Creation of eLearning You will be expected to lead in the provision of RTT & Data Quality Training and Support across all North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust Sites. In addition to the above duties, the post holder is also expected to: Be aware of your responsibilities in ensuring the security and confidentiality of information (data) which may be held by the Trust in any format in accordance with the Information Security Policy and other NHS IM&T Security Policies. Be aware of your responsibilities under the Data Protection Act and the Trust’s Information Security Policy. Be aware of, and comply with, all published Trust policies. Keep abreast of the developments within the Digital sector and especially within your area of expertise. Education/Knowledge and Qualifications

Educated to GCSE level standard English Language at Grade A-C or equivalent Training Qualification Business Qualification, e.g. NVQ in Business Admin Experience

Previous experience in the use of Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and Electronic Patient Records (EPR) Previous experience in an administrative/customer support role Previous experience of working in a health care setting Demonstrate knowledge and experience of general office practices Previous experience in a training environment Experience of managing staff Previous experience of eLearning creation Communication

Can demonstrate a high standard of written and verbal communication Values and Behaviours

Takes responsibility for own actions and promotes good team working Skills and Abilities

Demonstrates good knowledge and understanding of the 18 weeks pathways (RTT) Good working knowledge of the Data Protection Act, Data Security and Data Quality Knowledge of clinical IT systems Excellent PC skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise own work in conjunction with the Data Quality Team Ability to present information to a variety of audiences High level of accuracy, Strong attention to detail, accuracy with spelling/numeric ability
