A bit about the job: As a Data Risk and Controls Manager, you will play a key role in advising and supporting data colleagues on risk and control requirements. This will include developing or revising controls to meet evolving needs, conducting control assessments and thematic deep dives into data risks, and supporting key projects to ensure data risks are effectively managed. You’ll be part of the C&M Data Governance team, reporting into the Chief Data Officer, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across Data and Digital projects, Marketing, UK Market Data teams, Group, and Legal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their expertise in data governance, risk management, and privacy while making a significant impact in a critical and fast-evolving area. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Advise data and marketing colleagues on risk and control requirements and help ensure best practice is followed by teams. Maintain risk and control registers. Run reports and update dashboards. Collaborate with team and stakeholders to improve administration and other reporting for awareness and escalation purposes. Support colleagues and projects with ad hoc risk analysis for Privacy Assessments and Data Change (Data Fundamentals) review. What you’ll get for this role: Starting
