Are you a talented data scientist with hands-on quantitative experience, looking for your next career opportunity within a leading insurer? Then this is a fantastic opportunity to build and submit a range of data science solutions aligned to the wider business strategy. In this key role, you will be responsible for the training of the Machine Learning models such as propensity models. You will also be accountable for building predictive modelling solutions that can be rolled out to actionable initiatives across the business. In addition, you will support the ongoing management of the business by considering opportunities around data strategy. With a background in computer science, mathematics/statistics, the successful candidate will possess familiarity with data science software such as Python, R, and SPSS Modeller. You will also be able to build Machine Learning models from scratch with good documentation and governance. Experience working in an insurance company setting or any other financial service is preferred. An excellent career opportunity.
