Our client specializes in delivering exciting data-led products and services to the largest public and private sector organizations in the UK, particularly in defense, security, intelligence, and government markets, as well as key clients in critical national infrastructure (CNI) across the world.
What will you be doing? As a Data Scientist, you will be working collaboratively with industry experts to uncover hidden insights that solve important and impactful real-world problems within a growing team of data specialists. You will utilize advanced technology stacks to analyze complex datasets to build and deliver solutions to diverse problems.
What are we looking for? We are looking for creative problem-solvers and communicators with a passion for gaining insights from data and building tailored solutions to our client's biggest problems! Typically, you will have:
Strong experience in programming languages like Python or R to ingest and analyze datasets. Knowledge and understanding of core Data Science and Machine Learning principles, considerations, and applications. A keen interest in continual learning and consulting across varying projects with our clients in the engineering domain. An ability to quickly absorb complex concepts, identify solutions, and effectively communicate results to audiences of varying technical knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to liaise with and report to clients and partners. An interest in helping junior team members to successfully deliver their projects.
Overview: Position - Data Scientist - Permanent Location - Cheltenham, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Warrington, Whitehaven. Salary - £50k - £65k
