The ideal candidate will have previous experience utilising various data analysis and visualisation platforms in the sport or fitness industry. This person will have very strong communication skills which enable them to form strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. The ability to quickly analyse, present and communicate data will be essential in executing the desired outcomes of this role. Main Accountabilities Assist in the design and evolution of physical testing systems and processes Assist in the day-to-day running of gym, wellness and pitch-based testing Oversee data collection processes Clean, archive and relay testing outcomes with relevant insights Design, create and evolve data visualisation platforms for all facets of the Performance and Medical Departments; strength and conditioning, GPS, wellness, medical, nutrition and sleep Assist developers in the design and maintenance of data platform systems and related applications Establish strong working relationships with technology and innovation providers Contribute to growing the department’s edge by utilising innovation, research and professional development practices Ensure that any concerns you observe, or are raised with you in your role, are shared with the Safeguarding Team through appropriate channels. A high level of initiative and the motivation to develop world leading data systems. Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks as this role will require weekend working hours.
