Pay Range SALARY: £40,000 to £47,000 dependent on experience Working Hours/Pattern: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm or 8am – 4pm In a week you will work from home 4 days and then 1 day in the office, the office is located at: Watson Building, 4 Renshaw Street, Liverpool, L1 2SA Occasionally you may be required to travel to some of our other offices across the UK for training and meetings. This is a Full-time position, although we would be happy to consider applicants who are looking to work on a part-time basis. Reed in Partnership! The Data Scientist will be a part of the ‘Business Intelligence Team’ and more specifically the ‘Data Insights Team’. In the Data Insights Team, we craft robust, actionable, data-driven insights for senior leaders. Proactively delivering strategic projects which utilise Data Science, Machine Learning & AI. The Insight Analyst, Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineer work together to deliver key strategic work to our stakeholders which include: The Continuous Improvement Team The Research Team The Bid Development Team The Finance Team The Systems & IT Teams The Senior Operational Teams Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Conceptualise and suggest new projects for you to undertake Plan and implement these projects Create engaging storytelling reports of your findings Liase with stakeholders to disseminate your findings Then assess the impacts of your projects In doing so you will work closely with others both in the data teams and the wider RinP Network by: Contributing and improving on other colleagues' projects Support the Insight and Machine Learning Analysts Building on existing work from other analysts Assist all areas of the business with complex problems You will investigate and report on the performance of business operations including: Identifying the narrative behind performance Viability of new implementations Assessing the impact of interventions Forecasting & predicting metrics utilising algorithms and models Preparing cohort performance statistics What’s in it for you?
