About the role As a member of our Data Science Unit, you'll collaborate with different departments on impactful projects. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and supporting machine learning and data analytics products for our internal customers. Designing and executing data science projects, communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Translating business challenges into data science solutions and proposing new projects. Continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills to stay ahead in this fast-evolving field. About you We're looking for someone with: A relevant MSc degree or equivalent experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. A passion for learning and developing deep expertise. Proficiency in a programming language like Python, R or SAS. Experience in data analysis, machine learning, handling large data sets, and using industry-standard tools and technology. Some familiarity with Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models or generative AI desirable but will be developed on-the-job.
