As a problem solver with a creative approach to data solutions and who is passionate about developing successful data solutions, the Data Scientist will work with business stakeholders to implement data-driven projects and workflows within the business. A successful candidate will have a creative approach to data solutions and is passionate about applying data solutions and workflows to enable strategic business decision-making by working with key business stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who has a proven track record in the application of data science techniques in a business setting and wants to enhance their skills in a fast-paced business environment. Role Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist you will be responsible for: Driving data within Cromwell Data set generation, feature engineering and developing ML models that are repeatable, dynamic, and scalable. Developing, monitoring and maintaining AI-driven processes within the business Supporting with monitoring and maintaining productionised models, identifying and developing long-term processes, frameworks, tools, methods, and standards. Developing ML models, visualisation tools and analytics to support the business strategy. Advocating and educating on the value of data-driven decision making focusing on the “how and why” of solving problems. Managing relationships Engaging with business stakeholders to problem solve with data. Collaborating with the data engineering team to improve data accessibility. Supporting analytics teams to effectively present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Role Requirements

Experience and Knowledge: Degree (or equivalent) Post graduate degree are welcomed. Proficiency in SQL / PostgreSQL / Microsoft SQL / Oracle Proficient in Python or R Proven business experience (1+ years) within a data scientist role, solving problems through data. Good understanding of machine learning modelling techniques and proven experience deploying these within a business Adept in statistics and experience of using statistical techniques Experience of analysing large datasets and communicating complex algorithms and methodologies to key technical and non-technical stakeholders. A detail-oriented, highly logical, and creative problem solver with a passion for overcoming complex challenges. Proficient in writing clear, maintainable code Highly Desirable

Knowledge of containerisation software. Experience developing data visualisations for stakeholders through a BI platform (Power BI / Qlik / Tableau or similar). Experience in utilising LLMs within a business setting About Cromwell
