Establish and lead a new team within the Data & Analytics department, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Lead transformative projects such as inventory optimisation and automated pricing, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Design, develop, and implement predictive models and advanced analytics solutions that drive intelligent decision-making. Apply your commercial experience in data science within aviation or supply chain contexts to tackle industry-specific challenges. Translate data insights into actionable strategies, delivering measurable business outcomes. What you’ll need
Strong commercial background in data science with hands-on experience in aviation or supply chain industries. Proven ability to design and implement predictive models to solve business challenges. Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing complex projects. Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. What's in it for you?
