DLP Solution Management : Deploy and optimise DLP tools, such as Varonis or Microsoft Purview, for data protection. Data Classification & Monitoring : Configure systems for labelling and tracking sensitive data to ensure appropriate handling. Incident Investigation : Analyse and resolve DLP alerts, including responding to data breaches or unauthorised activity. Policy Integration : Align DLP configurations with organisational policies and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, NIST). Access Control : Assess and enforce permissions to safeguard data access across systems. Risk Mitigation : Identify vulnerabilities and implement controls to reduce data security risks. Reporting : Create actionable reports on DLP performance, security incidents, and compliance metrics. Awareness & Training : Educate staff on secure data handling and effective use of DLP tools. To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in implementing and managing DLP solutions. Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Varonis or Microsoft Purview, including configuring data protection and monitoring capabilities. Proven track record of responding to and resolving data security incidents. Successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain data protection strategies.
