Are you a senior ETL / Data Services professional with solid experience and knowledge of Informatica, SQL, Power BI and Excel, ready for a challenging leadership role? This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a growing, industry-leading organisation where you will be working alongside 4 other team members and under the supervision of the Senior Manager. Your team will play a key part in supporting the business by managing and developing data and BI services, while also driving future strategies and process improvements. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, a growth mindset and the ability to prioritise, adapt and collaborate across departments. This role is perfect for someone eager to expand their people management skills or take on a new challenge on a larger scale. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of experienced Data Engineers. Oversee the Data Warehouse (ETL to reporting) and manage workloads, testing, and releases. Collaborate with managers to prioritise projects and ensure compliance with best practices. Design and deliver high-quality data and BI solutions, including dashboards and automation. Ensure data security and regulatory compliance. Essential Skills: Advanced SQL, ETL, Informatica and Data Warehouse methodologies. Power BI and Excel expertise. Desirable Skills: Financial Services / Motor Finance experience (Consumer Duty knowledge is a plus). People management experience and additional data skills (e.g., Python and APIs).
