plus benefits Data Specialist - Our client is a dynamic and innovative mortgage brokerage that has established itself as a leader in the financial services industry. Our team of 170 professionals operates entirely remotely across the UK, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance. Due to continuous growth, we are seeking an experienced Data Specialist to join our clients team. As an experienced Data Specialist your primary responsibilities will include: Data Management:

Accurately amending and inputting information into data fields. Data Analysis:

Extracting information from underwriting guides to create and maintain rule sheets for our clients panel of lenders. This includes lender criteria, product ranges, specific criteria, relevant fees, and submission requirements. Data Entry:

Quickly and accurately entering data from lender guides into the database. Testing:

Using various test cases in our pre production environment to ensure changes or new data entries impact the system as intended. Collaboration:

Working closely with the internal development team to test system changes and ensure customer impact is minimal. Requirements

Experience in the financial services industry, with mortgage industry experience being advantageous but not essential. Proficiency in data-entry and administrative tasks. Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills and confident decision-making abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
