Contract (Inside IR35) Initially 6 Months further extendable Responsibilities: This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for managing a client implementation program globally to onboard the client front-to-back platforms. Manage global project team of functional and automated testers (on-shore and off-shore) across global who design, plan, and execute end user testing for all in scope workflows, data, and architecture, while maintaining and enforcing global standards. Manage delivery of internal and client-facing documents (Test strategy, test automation, test plans). Manage complex relationships and expectations with both internal, client stakeholders, and vendors. Provide regular status updates and support program reports as and when needed. Participate in studying requirements and scope documents and participate in preparation of test cases, review of test cases. Get involved in brainstorming meetings, problem-solving, test executions, and provide advice to various work streams wherever needed. Skills needed: 8 to 12 years of IT experience in Quality Assurance and Asset Management projects. Experience in different stages of Testing - Smoke, Regression, Integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing. Must have working experience in Trade and Order Management System across various instrument types. Expert in understanding various data – business sources to downstream flow, data attributes and elements, critical data elements, data contracts, data quality, etc. Proficient in understanding basic data models and interpretation of various databases and data structures, at least high-level to medium-level business understanding (technical understanding may not be required). Proficient in data extraction processes including SQL (advanced level required), applying data logic to various business functions, understanding high-level data architectures. Strong Front and/or Middle Office services in Asset Management. Able to communicate with business and gather and analyze requirements and create test plans. Should have experience in leading a team and managing deliverables. Experience in defect tracking and defect management tools like HP ALM, JIRA. Test coordination and test status reporting. Ready to work on the ground as needed, flexible, and adapt to changing environment. Experience in Charles River or any Order Management System is preferable. Experience in accounting functionalities - Pricing, Corporate Actions, Valuations, collateral, custody reconciliations. Experience in SQL/Database level data validations in Asset Management data. Experience in Eagle, Portia, SIMCORP, or any Accounting application is preferable. Possession of decent functional knowledge (7 out of 10 on a scale of 1-10, 1 being poor, 10 being excellent) on the Capital Markets, especially Middle Office and Front Office functions. Knowledge about the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) - end to end – is mandatory. Possesses experience in handling UAT, SIT, Regression, and other types of Testing projects, both manual and automated.
