We have an exciting new role become available for a Data Transformation Programme Manager to work for Gloucestershire South Council at their offices in Yate.

The role will be a hybrid contract role working Monday to Friday and will be starting in January for a 6 month contract.

Role Requirements:

Led a corporate data transformation programme that significantly improved data architecture and delivered tangible benefits to services and residents. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to rapidly demonstrate the value of improved data. Experience of working collaboratively across the whole council, ideally with evidence of working with hub-and-spoke or matrix management arrangements. Self-starter with ability to independently shape and deliver a brief, using limited resources and managing upwards to ensure senior management visibility. Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI and SQL as enterprise solutions, and integrating these with a variety of line of business systems.
