We are working with a South Gloucestershire Council who are looking for a Data Transformation Programme Manager.

£675 per Outside IR35 Duration:
Initial 8-month contract Hours:
Full-time position Responsibilities include: Essential demonstrable experience of local government having worked within a local authority, at a senior level Experience of leading a corporate data transformation programme that significantly improved data architecture and delivered tangible benefits to services and residents Experience of working collaboratively across the whole council, ideally with evidence of working with hub-and-spoke or matrix management arrangements Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI and SQL as enterprise solutions, and integrating these with a variety of line of business systems Requirements: Local Government experience required for initial shortlisting, then thereafter at the client’s discretion Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to rapidly demonstrate the value of improved data Self-starter with ability to independently shape and deliver a brief, using limited resources and managing upwards to ensure senior management visibility
