We are currently seeking a Mechanically biased HVAC Engineer to work directly for a leading Data Hosting company that can offer career stability and progression within a rapidly expanding industry. The established state-of-the-art N+1 Data Centre has a very steady team, and the vacancy is purely due to retirement. We are looking to fill this role with a proactive and experienced facilities maintenance technician. You will need to have a proven track record of carrying out the planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and HVAC systems, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment. You must have completed an apprenticeship or be time-served and possess a minimum of Mechanical City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent. Previous experience covering planned and preventative maintenance within a Critical Environment is essential. This can include Data Centres, Corporate Banking, or pharmaceutical sites where it is crucial that power and environmental conditions are maintained 365/24 hrs.
