Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided Wellness programmes Growth opportunities On-the-job training Safe work environment Lively atmosphere Shifts: 07:45 AM - 08:00 PM for Day Senior or 07:45 PM - 08:00 AM for Night Senior (two different positions). Schedule: 4 days week 1 & 3 days week 2 to include every other weekend. Key Responsibilities Provide the highest level of personal care (toileting, washing, bathing, etc.) and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully. Act as a key worker for a named group of residents, ensuring responsibilities are carried out in full. Comply with all statutory and legal requirements, including Health & Safety and Care Standards Act. Participate in the formulation and maintenance of individual care plans and administer medication as prescribed. Liaise with other care professionals regarding residents' care needs. Monitor residents' physical and mental well-being, reporting any changes to a senior person on duty. Maintain confidentiality of residents' personal information. Encourage and support residents to participate in leisure activities. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of residents' rooms. Assist in serving meals and drinks, ensuring courteous service. Contribute to team meetings and support new team members. Person Specification Good numeracy and literacy skills. A warm and friendly disposition. Good communication skills. A strong team worker. Reliable and punctual. Willingness to develop new skills. Job Types:
