Day Shift Engineer Client Side

Day Engineer – In House Our Client is looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to work in a large commercial building in Canary Wharf. You will be working for one of the most well-known Property companies known for their training and generous benefits package including bonus, private healthcare, and a generous pension. On offer is a salary of up to £50,000. Day to Day Duties Working 4 on 4 off days only, you will be part of a team of engineers responsible for the maintenance of the following: Control Panels Lighting Emergency lighting tests Single and Three phase AHU and FCU maintenance Small installation, Fault-finding Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel Power distribution Fire Alarm Tests Pumps: replacement of pump shaft seals (to fix leaks), replacement of small pumps General plumbing maintenance Pressurisation units: service and repair of closed system pressurisation units HVAC plant Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers - Re-set BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings Qualifications/Requirements Qualified in an Electrical discipline with certificates equivalent to level 3 General Building services skills Experience with PPMs on commercial systems Steady and progressive work history Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
