This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to hit the ground running with one of the biggest building services companies in the UK. The company offers a supportive work environment with training to help their engineers succeed.
We are considering an Electrical or Mechanical biased engineer for this role, which involves managing a commercial site and leading a team of 8 engineers on a day shift schedule (6:30am - 6:30pm), working 4 on 4 off days. Responsibilities include maintaining log books, supervising contractors, managing relevant paperwork, and reporting to the client on site performance.
Hours:
4 on 4 day shift only (6:30am - 6:30pm) Duties:
PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) & Reactive Maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding Single & Three Phase Power Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms BMS Operation AHUs FCUs Generators UPS Systems VAV/VRFs Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc.) Cooling Towers Pumps & Motors Requirements:
City and Guilds qualifications Level 3 Minimum (Electrical or Mechanical) Apprentice trained - desirable Building Services Maintenance experience Very Client facing
