£46,200 (with additional bonus and overtime opportunities) About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Multi-Skilled Day Technician to join our team at a prestigious static site in the Heart of London. You'll be part of a dynamic environment, ensuring the smooth operation of building systems and delivering top-notch maintenance services. Key Responsibilities:
Perform reactive maintenance, minor works, and public health maintenance (including blocked toilets). Carry out electrical maintenance tasks such as emergency light testing, ballast changes, rewiring, and minor installations. Address hot & cold air conditioning complaints, using Building Management Systems (BMS) and Lighting Control Systems (LCS). Complete water treatment tasks following L8 guidelines, ensuring compliance with water treatment logbooks. Undertake minor fabric maintenance (e.g., painting, furniture moving) and coordinate material orders. Support minor mechanical installations, keeping the building systems operating efficiently.
