Aspire People is currently recruiting for Day-to-Day Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Swadlincote. This is a great opportunity for individuals with classroom-based experience who are seeking flexible working hours.

Key Stage 3, 4, and occasionally Key Stage 5

Responsibilities

Supporting students with their learning. Assisting during lessons. Helping to maintain a positive classroom environment.

Requirements

Have classroom-based experience (as a teaching assistant or similar role). Be comfortable working with Key Stage 3, 4, and sometimes Key Stage 5 students. Be able to support students effectively and demonstrate strong classroom management skills. Be available for 1-2 days per week. A valid driving license is preferred but not essential if you are comfortable using public transport.
